Friday 12:00pm CT (30-40 min)
Lock + claim guard + walk one packet. Not a dump of every module.
- Confirm she read Strategy + the company lock (section 0). Quiz: ICP, offer in one sentence, three things she may never publish, CTA rotation (engagement question / role-automation map / $1,500 90-min workshop — not a discovery calendar dump).
- Walk one recording packet on a whiteboard: promise, 5-8 beats, do-not-say, on-screen board, title, thumb. Use a public anonymized JD you pick that day. Do not hand her week-1. The filled fabricator-coordinator packet in Module 3 is a teaching example, not the model to copy.
- While you walk the packet, teach copy as part of it (Module 6), not as homework after edits: promise = headline, sentence 1 = hook, beats = scannable, one claim for an X post from the same packet. Library > virality. Same 5-10 FAS ideas restated. Platforms for text: X and LinkedIn only.
- Show one existing Archify visual (
m0-lock.workflow.htmlorm-week.lifecycle.html) so she knows diagrams are the Ep2 job, not decoration. - Assign Monday homework: Ep1 packet from a public JD + one X post + one LinkedIn atomic from that same packet. Snipe-or-none.
- Confirm daily Mon-Fri slot (15 min). Same agenda every day. Point her at Module 2 (day-to-day blocks) so she knows what sits on your desk.
Do not teach Diffusion, shorts, Guest, or outbound on Friday. Sequence those after the lock holds.
Daily check-in (15 min, Mon-Fri)
- What shipped as a draft since yesterday?
- Claim-guard fail? Quote the line.
- One blocker. You decide; she does not wait on a bot.
- Tomorrow's one job.
Skip status theater. If nothing is in draft, the check-in is the work session.
Sequence (do not teach the whole TOC Friday)
Teach to the new TOC. Copy rides with packets from day one.
| When | Module | Why this order |
|---|---|---|
| Thu send + Fri Q&A | Strategy + 0 Company lock + claim guard + one packet (copy on that packet) | Everything else fails closed on this. Copy is how the packet is written |
| Mon | 1 Factory + 2 Day-to-day + 3 Ep1 | Factory: three long-forms → everything else. Hour-ish blocks. She picks a public JD, never names a live outbound account the same week |
| Tue | 6 Copywriting on the Ep1 packet (X + LinkedIn atomic). Start 4 Ep2 | Same 5-10 ideas restated. Packet is the source, not a blank page |
| Wed | 7 Thumbs (live template, FAL art, never his face) + 4 Ep2 Archify | She is already strong on design. Lock the template. Diagram is Ep2 on-screen |
| Thu week 1 | Finish Ep2 packet + Archify HTML/PNG. 8 Edit brief if a file exists | Human ack is a node. Demo lives in email/ERP/spreadsheet |
| Fri week 1 | AEO description (Module 6 Format 4) + 9 shorts caption practice from beats | Primary long container is YouTube. X article is not week one |
| Next Mon | 5 Ep3 | After a yes: research card, 8-12 questions, host packet. Exact referral line. No guest → talking-head substitute, not a fake interview |
| Next Tue | 8 Long-form edit only if Diffusion is on; else same brief in her editor | Browser on Windows. dapi is Mac-only. Do not send her on a Mac-agent goose chase until you turn it on |
| After first cut | 9 Shorts + 10 X/LI from those episodes | 6-10 shorts, native captions YT Shorts / X / LinkedIn. Posts from beats, not a 7-10-topic factory |
| Ongoing | 11 Performance | Topics, hooks, formats, profile visits, follows, map requests. Ping only on a real hit |
| First 10 days live in | 12 | Same table she has. Daily 15s |
| Later lane | Outbound QC (old Module 7) | Not week one |
Copy with packets, not afterthought. Friday walks the packet and the X/LinkedIn restatement of one beat. Monday/Tuesday homework is packet + copy from that packet. Do not save Module 6 for after she has a cut.
Diffusion (your lock to her)
- Browser works on Windows: https://app.diffusion.studio
dapi/ coding-agent path is macOS 12+ M1+ only (their FAQ). Agent OS PC cannot run it.- Do not send her on a Mac-agent goose chase until you turn that machine on.
- Install when you turn it on:
npx skills add diffusionstudio/skills -g - Codex stays out of the edit. Focus C still records.
- Long-form 1920×1080. Shorts 1080×1920 from the same project. Their 9:16 talking-head example is not our look.
listencosts credits — she prefers transcribe. Do not quote credit prices.- Remotion = Casey bonus, not week one.
- Hyperframes = motion + thumbnail stills, not the recorder.
- FAL = thumbnail art. Never generate your face. Composite from a real still.
If the tool is off, she writes the same brief and cuts in whatever she already uses.
Snipes
She flags (weekday VOC / competitor watch). You quote. She never posts.
First line of the quote is why you have the right to talk. Tie it to a FAS pillar. LinkedIn snipe = screenshot + your commentary (she may draft the commentary).
Most of the week is the three episodes + shorts. Snipes are the rest. Mon-Fri only unless you add a weekend.
Guest rail (so you do not dump it Friday)
Guest bot runs the Shulman loop. Codex writes outreach. Nothing sends until you.
After a yes, she writes the research card, 8-12 questions, and your host packet. Question frame: desk as it actually runs, where work waits, what they type twice, what they do not trust, what an agent must never do.
End of interview, you say exactly: who are 1-2 interesting people you know who would HAVE FUN being interviewed
No CSA / workshop pitch in the interview. No guest that week → talking-head substitute.
Scorecard (not revenue)
- Packet ready before you sit down in Focus C (yes/no)
- Copy from that packet: one X + one LinkedIn atomic that pass share test (yes/no)
- Claim guard pass on first review (yes/no, quote fails)
- Thumbnail matches live template; face is a real still (yes/no)
- Edit returned with a punch list, not "here's a dump"
- Archify: 8-12 nodes, one path, HTML + 2400×1260 PNG, approval node present (yes/no)
- She did not post, DM, book, or pay (yes/no — fail if she did)
Outbound QC is not on this scorecard until you open that lane.
Do not give her
- Week-1 pack as a model (you were not happy with it)
- Permission to send DMs or upload YouTube
- Greg's LinkedIn voice (that stays fa-vesey / you)
- Generated faces or a typeset logo
- Mogul/Mubbu volume claims, prices, or "45 minutes a week" as FAS policy
- Cole/Ship 30 funnels, Substack, Typeshare/Gamma as required tools, "make money online from content"
- Diffusion credits, Remotion, or a Mac-agent setup until you turn those on
- Root, HeyGen, or a second recorder
- Outbound QC as week-one work
